Bailey Brings Comfort, Connection and Joy to Greenhill

There are some visitors who instantly brighten everyone’s day, and Bailey, our beautiful therapy dog, certainly did just that during a recent visit to Greenhill Aged Care.

With a gentle nature, friendly personality and wagging tail, Bailey spent time greeting residents, enjoying plenty of pats, cuddles and affection from everyone he met. From the moment he arrived, there was a wonderful sense of excitement throughout the home, with residents gathering to spend time with him and share fond memories of their own much-loved pets.

The simple presence of a therapy dog can have a remarkable impact on wellbeing. Bailey’s calm and affectionate nature encouraged conversation, laughter and genuine connection, while the comforting act of stroking his soft coat helped many residents feel relaxed, content and at ease. His visit created a peaceful atmosphere filled with smiles and moments of quiet companionship.
