Each year, our much-loved ‘Annual Nurse Off’  gives our team the opportunity to swap their everyday roles for a day of fun, friendly competition and plenty of laughs. Bringing together staff from both our Greenhill Manor and Hillside communities, the event is all about celebrating teamwork, camaraderie and the incredible people who make Greenhill such a special place to live and work.

From entertaining challenges and team games to plenty of cheering from the sidelines, the day is filled with energy, encouragement and good-natured rivalry. While there may be a winning team at the end of the day, everyone walks away a winner, having shared in a day of connection, laughter and memorable moments.

One of the highlights is seeing our residents become part of the excitement. They proudly cheer on their favourite teams, join in the fun and enjoy watching the friendly competition unfold. It’s a wonderful reminder that life at Greenhill is about more than providing outstanding care—it’s about creating a vibrant community where residents and staff enjoy meaningful experiences together.
