Bringing over 30 years’ experience to the day-to-day running of Greenhill Manor is the Tulich family – a family business which has become synonymous with exceptional care and superior lifestyles for seniors. They currently run some of the most prestigious retirement villages and aged care homes along the east coast.
Together, Richard, Rob, Maurice and Bianca extend the warmest welcome to Greenhill Manor – to your family from ours.
Richard Clifford
Director of Greenhill Aged Care, Richard Clifford, has lived in the local area with his family for many years. Since acquiring the Hillside and Greenhill properties from BHP Billiton in 1998, it has been Richard’s dream to use the prestigious historical residences to serve families in the Illawarra region for generations to come. With the opening of Greenhill Aged Care, Richard’s vision has been fully realised. He and his business partner, businessman Rob Danby, have been instrumental in maintaining the history of the site through the careful restoration of the manor house and heritage gardens. Richard’s wife Debbie was even responsible for the interior design, making the project a true family venture.
Rob Danby
Rob and his family have run a timber trading business in Kiama since the early 1970s and have always been supporters of local community organisations and charities. Rob’s extensive construction experience has been invaluable in the transformation of the Greenhill Aged Care into a premier aged care community.
Maurice Tulich
Maurice formed Tulich Family Communities in 1995 with Chris Mann, fuelled by a passion to provide retirement and aged care communities for the most discerning residents. The company now runs a number of developments in South Western Sydney and regional NSW. Maurice has also served as a State and National Director of the Retirement Villages Association.
Bianca Tulich
Bianca has 20 years’ experience in a broad range of financial and management roles. She now specialises in the development, management, marketing and operations of retirement villages, residential aged care homes and community care initiatives.
